Cancellation/Refund Policy
For Fixed / Flexi / Office workstation
For daily usage
1. If cancellation is made within 24hrs from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Joworkspaces.
2. If cancellation is made between 24hrs – 48hrs of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Joworkspaces.
For Weekly usage
1. If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid will be fully refunded.
2. If cancellation is made between 7-15 days prior to the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is made within 7 days from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refundable by Joworkspaces.
For Monthly usage and above
1. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid will be fully refunded.
2. If cancellation is made between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is made within 15 days from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refundable by Joworkspaces.
For Conference Room usage/ Virtual Office
1. If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Joworkspaces.
2. If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Joworkspaces.
For Meeting Room
1. If meeting room booking done using credits - full refund shall be made by Joworkspaces, if cancellation is made by the User 04 hours before start of scheduled booking time.
2. If meeting room booking done using any other acceptable payment mode - full refund shall be made by Joworkspaces, if cancellation is made by the User 48 hours before start of scheduled booking time.
